Jerilyn J. Botwinik, MSN, FNP-BC, Owner
Jerilyn is a Family Nurse Practitioner and graduated with her Master's degree in Nursing from The University of Tampa in 2005, and the University of Miami 1991, BA Biology. Jerilyn has experience in the areas of Endocrinology, Pulmonary and Critical Care, Sleep Medicine, Geriatrics, and Student Health. Jerilyn has worked as an RN in the Emergency/Trauma Room and Cardiac Care Unit.
Jerilyn has over 20 years experience in the medical field including working in the laboratory as a Medical Technologist.
When not working, Jerilyn enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, wood working and traveling.

Stephanie O'Bryant, MSN, APRN-C
Stephanie has been a Family Nurse Practitioner for 15 years. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2007. While in Wisconsin she worked at a busy family practice clinic for Mayo Healthcare. She has been living in the Tampa Bay area for over 12 years. She has experience in family practice, urgent care, college health and internal medicine. She has been going to patients homes for the past 4 years bringing the clinic to them. She is passionate about providing high quality, affordable healthcare to patients.
When not seeing patients she enjoys running, spending time with her family and pets.
Joyce Ortiz, MSN, DNP, FNP-BC

What is a Nurse Practitioner (NP)?
A Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a Master's degree prepared nurse with advanced clinical training. NPs are prepared with specialized knowledge and are clinically competent to practice in Primary Care, Acute care and Long-term health care settings. NPs practice independently in collaboration with Physicians and other health care professionals.
Duties that a Nurse Practitioner can provide:
- Ordering, performing and interpreting diagnostic tests such as lab work and x-rays.
- Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, infections, injuries and much more.
- Prescribing medications and other treatments
- Managing patients' overall care
- Educating patients on disease prevention and positive health and lifestyle choices.
- Provide well-child care, including screening and immunizations.
